CAMERA READY — ONLINE — FOR TEAMS
Your team is good at what they do. In 90 minutes, they’ll look it on camera.
A live online session for up to twelve people. I’m a stylist and a photographer, so I fix each person’s light, background and camera height one by one, along with what they’re wearing.
Tell me how many people and who they are. I’ll reply with dates and an invoice.
Why it hasn’t been fixed
Your people meet clients on camera more often than in a room now. On any call, someone is lit from behind, framed from below, or wearing a colour that greys their face. They can’t see it themselves, and it’s awkward to be the colleague who says so.
The client on the other end sees it, and decides, the same as they would in a room.
Who books it
It suits a company whose people live on client calls and webinars. It also works for a network that wants a member session people turn up for, or a brand giving its customers something useful.
Why me, in one line
Stylist and photographer in one, in fashion media since 2015. The light and the framing are the photographer half; the colour near the face is the stylist half.
How it works
1
You pick a date and send me the list of attendees.
2
Each person sends me one photo of themselves in daylight and a screenshot of their usual video frame. It takes them about five minutes.
3
In the session I go through each frame live and fix it with what’s already on their desk.
4
Then I show the group what a top’s colour does to a face on camera, using one volunteer and two tops.
What each person leaves with
Their own frame, fixed in their own room with their own camera, and a clear idea of what a colour near the face does on screen. The next call looks right without anyone’s help.
USD 900 for up to twelve people, online, paid by invoice before the date.
For networks and member groups without a budget, I can run it ticketed at USD 45 a person, with a minimum of eight.
In person it runs two hours, at the same price, on my Singapore dates every three months. For another city, tell me where and I’ll confirm before I quote travel.
Questions
Do people need any equipment?
We work with what’s already on their desk. If one inexpensive change would make a real difference, I’ll say so.
How does this sit alongside presentation training?
They fit together. A speaking coach works on what people say, and I work on what the camera shows.
Can people get one-to-one help afterwards?
Yes, directly with me. If the company is paying, the organisation rate applies.
Is the session recorded?
No. People are showing me their own desks and their own faces, so I don’t record it. Everyone leaves with their frame already fixed, which is what a recording would be for.
